SWISH is a charity project which supports anyone involved in the sex industry. Our services are completely free and confidential, and we provide clinics, support work, outreach and counselling services.
Who we are
We are part of Terrence Higgins Trust and we support women, men and trans people who work in the adult industries. Whether you are a new flat-based sex worker or an experienced porn actor, we can help you with a broad range of issues - from practical matters to support with emotional challenges.
Whether you would just like to meet us for a one-off chat or whether you would like to work with us to create a plan tailored specifically to your needs, we’re here to help.
Whatever your query
If you would like more information or have a query, please give us a call on: 020 7812 1809.
Our office hours are 9.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
A SWISH team member will be allocated as your key worker and you can have one-on-one sessions and create a plan together to develop your life in your chosen direction, whether you would like to stay in the industry or not. This may include working in collaboration with other trusted and respected services. We are here to support you as much or as little as you need.
If you work in a flat or other premises and would like us to visit, please give us a call. On our visit we can deliver condoms, lube, alarms and sponges, as well as screen for chlamydia and gonorrhoea. We can also advise you on the safety of the premises.
This can also be a good opportunity to introduce people who may be unsure about accessing services to our friendly outreach workers.
Counselling and other complementary therapies
If you feel as though you would benefit from counselling, we offer a free 10-week counselling program with an accredited and experienced counsellor. Please give us a call to arrange an assessment.
